Why do you only charge one price?
For years we have watched brides, grooms and their parents have bad experiences
or be unsatisfied because they felt they had been treated in a "less than
honest" approach. They thought they would get a full service wedding video
production for their special day, and then the "extras" started adding up.
Guess what?
It was too late. The wedding day was approaching fast or the video had already
been shot. They were TRAPPED.
We decided to offer a one price program so you had NO CONCERNS.
You can't pay us any more money for our regular full day wedding production.
Please....
Don't make the mistake many do.
Think you're going to get a "lower priced" product or service, and end up
getting LESS FOR MORE.
Why do you not retain the "copyright" to the video?
Why should we? You pay for our services and a finished product. You should
own it when done and have the right to do what ever you wish with it.
Quite honestly, we think ANYTHING else is not ethically right. It is a way for
people to further profit from your special day. All we ask is for fair
compensation for a great product and our hard work.
What happens if my wedding gets cancelled?
If your wedding gets cancelled for any reason, we retain the booking deposit. It
is the fair thing to do. We have booked this date anticipating it as income and
once cancelled we can not fill it back. This is the industry standard.
What if you get sick or get in an accident?
We have plenty of skilled production people that work for us and can cover the
event in the event an emergency arises. Please read the agreement for full
details.
